What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 units for kraft bags and 250 units for print materials such as menus and tri-folds. Stickers have an MOQ of 1,000 units. For larger bespoke orders, please contact us to discuss a custom arrangement.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to 50+ countries across North America, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and beyond. We hold all required import/export licenses for major markets, so there are no compliance barriers on our end.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production typically takes 10–15 business days after artwork approval. Shipping time varies by destination — generally 5–15 additional business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We provide full tracking from factory to door.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution PNG/JPEG files. Artwork should be at 300 DPI minimum, with all fonts outlined and colour mode set to CMYK. Our design team can also assist with artwork preparation if needed.
Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?
Yes — all our kraft paper stock is FSC-certified, sourced from responsibly managed forests, and fully biodegradable. We are committed to providing sustainable packaging options that align with your brand values.
Do you handle customs and import duties?
We manage all export documentation, shipping manifests, and compliance paperwork from our end. Import duties at your destination country are typically the buyer's responsibility, but our team will advise you on the expected costs for your specific country when we send your quote.
